Super NOOBish question, but i have to ask!?

Alright, as stated, this is a super noobish question, but with my old four channel it was not necessary to run two seperate ( or a 4 channel rca ) to the amp. My new amp ( JBL px300.4 ) on the oher hand, has two input rca jacks. now that doesn't help anybody....

no....if you have RCA splitters you can use those but the best thing to do would be run seperate rca's from your hu

if your hu only has 1 output, just use the splitters, but the amp does need rcas on front and rear to work, if you only use the input on the front....only the front will work of course

thanks for not flaming me like most would, I have never run a 4 channel amp before, I figured only half of it would work, could I just buy a really short RCA and jump from the output on the amp to the other input? or will that not work?

Do you have a front and rear pre-out? If so, just run 2 sets of RCA's...its not that hard. If you cant, and have to split the signal, you wont be able to fade from Front to Rear...

oh yes i have front rear and sub, its an alpine 9855, ill just spend the 20 bucks and buy another rca so itll match lol the not having front and rear fade wont make any difference, this amp will be used for my components, whenever i fricken decide which ones. thanks fellas

Just buy a set from Advance for like 5 bucks.
