We do our best to take care of people.</p><p></p><p>** - Refurbished amps are available in the first place as we REPLACE amplifiers under warranty for customers that have a problem in about 95% of cases. This way the customer does not have to wait on a repair AND it also provides lower cost Sundown amps to customers who buy the refurbished amps - dB-R even offers a 1 year warranty... to me this is excellent service. To some people it's an excuse to say that we ****... IMO those people need mental help.</p></blockquote><p></p>
