I am just curious about the subthump boxes they have for ex cab trucks. I have one in my 03 Silvy SS and I noticed that it basically seals to the floor. There is no room for air to escape anywhere. Some suggest that this is bad and others say it doesnt matter. I am just curious could this be loading the sub up if the air isnt escaping out the bottom anywhere. If I flip my box upside down or tilt it up some it sounds 50x better. Seems logical but i dont want to be cutting away at anything if its not going to matter. Right now I dont have the time to build a box so I was curious if this could have anything to do with it? Thanks
