Subsonic filter on kx550.2?

i have a question about subsonic filters. i am using a kx550.2 to power a 15" L7 in a large vented box (3.0+ cf) i know i need to block low (below 20hz) frequencies to prevent over excursion but theres no option for one on my amp. if the frequency response of the amp is 20hz-20,000hz does that mean its already blocking the subsonic frequencies and its not adjustable? thanks in advance for any input.

No.
You're just going to have to be responsible with the volume knob. What is the tuning of that box?

I thought many kickers had a 26Hz non defeatble SSF built in.

Maybe that's just the mono amps or the zx's?

im not sure about port tunng or cubic feet of the box. its a homemade one that came with the sub. is there a way to figure it out by measuring port width and lengh? i need a new box but know nothng about buildng them. is there any good premade boxes? anyone try the kicker premade boxes?
