[QUOTE="onexsilence, post: 1596561, member: 561060"] my buddy already knows how hard it hit, hes the type of person that listen to moderate volumes and not blasting it loud. i knew him for years and he doesnt listen at high volumes. everytime hes in my car, he turns down my volume to around 9-12. even tho i have a overhead amp for my subs, my gains are set properly at about 550 watts w/DMM @ 50hz tone 0dB @ volume 24. max i usually listen to is 15 if not then 18. wierd thing is that my friends says the subs hit cleaner but not as hard as before. im stumped, im going to swap headunits with my friend tomorrow (same model), check all the wirings, and connection one more time. i had this HU for close to a month now, hopefully its the HU. wished i still had the 7893 to to verify the problem.
