Well I can check resistance on them, cant check the coils visually in any way though That's a possibility cuz I didn't really spend any time on it cuz its night and raining and I didn't feel like dealing with it right now but I will tomorow, but I felt the dust caps real quick before I went inside and they were hotter than I've ever felt them (granted it was cold out, so by comparison they felt warmer) but still...so I really think it must've been the subs I'm gonna try just not riding them as hard for a good 10-20 mins (like at almost full tilt but not slightly lower) and if there are no problems and they aren't getting hot, I'll turn it all the way up and see if this happens again, or they start to get hot to the touch. I also just remembered noticing my voltage was a little lower than usual given it was cold out. Usually when its cold out, my alt charges at a steady 14.5+, if I turn the headlights on (which i did) it'll stay at more like 14.3. Today when this happened, it was cold out, with my lights on, and my meter was only reading ~13.8-9, and it seemed like it was dropping harder (lower than usual) on heavy bass hits. I think first thing I need to do is make sure all connections are good, settings are all where they should be and nothin got played with
