long story short is a put a kicker system in my new bronco and used the kicker key 500.1 for the sub which was the kicker comp 8" which is wayyy to small for that kicker amp. the amp is up maybe 1/3 of the way and it just rattles that 8" like nothing. i have to keep my bass all the way down to get clean bass out of it. I'm going to divert the speaker wire from the factory sub/kicker 8" to a stand alone speaker box in the rear of the bronco. Anyone have a suggestion of a speaker you would use for this amp. its already mounted behind the panels and i dont see a reason to change all that up... its clean and hidden as is. 10", 12" etc. ? I have a 10", 12" and 15" box along with a variety of subs laying around i can use but curious what others feel would be the BEST match for that amp. thanks everyone.. just an old guy who still likes his bass :)
