That's from not pre-drilling the holes big enough for mounting the baffle, not from mounting the sub to the baffle. Its a combination of several problems including not pre-drilling properly, placing the sub too close to the edge, apparently making the cut-out too large, and not having the baffle be the over lapping cover piece. As I said before, even with the two relatively small pics of the box we have, its obvious its design and construction were quite lousy. Mobileman built it? Im surprised.
