Stretch Marks

Well i've been working out for over 4 years, and have never had a problem with stretch marks, except on my legs from doing heavy squats. Recently though, i have one small stretch mark on my left bicep and another one on my left shoulder between my chest and bicep. The bicep one is noticeable at certain angles and i'm kind of self conscious about it. I'm not fat at all, and i think its because i started increasing the amount of exercises i do in the weight room to work the same muscle different ways. I weigh about 204lbs. I want to keep working out, but do not want any more stretch marks or "battle scars" on my body. I read that drinking lots of water and increasing the amount of vitamins and protein in your body can help. Do i just need to slow down a bit and kind of go easy in the weight room for awhile? Does anyone have any work out tips about avoiding stretch marks?

Cocoa Butter, Mederma, and Vitamin E Pills.

Sadly, even with a combo of all three, they still won't completely disappear.

I have some from growing to quickly while lifting. Large ones on both biceps and I can't stand them. They will get better and fade to a more skin tone (they start real red and obvious). Tanning also blends them in more.

Oh and don't listen to anyone who says more reps, less weight unless you want to remain the same size. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

Well the cocoa butter and vitamin e pills can also be used as a preventitive. Sadly, I never knew this. Stay hydrated, taking vitamin e daily, and use cocoa butter is sensititve areas to keep the skin from stretching.
