strapping the older kx1200.1 to a newer kx1200.1?? any problems?

interestingly enough i have this same issue with two KX 600.1's, they are not the same cover shroud so idk if they are the same internally...

Call Kicker - 800 - 256 - 3746. Ask for SpiderMonkey, he works in the amp repair department, he should be able to help (for a small fee).

j/k, but I'd call Kicker tech support. They'd probably be able to answer pretty quickly.
