strapping the A3000's

when you strap them, you have to connect the 2 negs from each amp together

and then pos from master is poooos and pos from slave is the neg

if i strap them, can i just use the wire and transfer the settings, then not connect the 2 amps neg and act as if they are seperate?

No, the circuitry will probably not allow it. You could try to do what you are saying, but I would be a little hesitant. You may want to contact Power Acoustik and see what they have to say first.
