Strapping Sundowns ?

Just double checking before I do this....I do the + from the subs to the + on the master and the - on the subs to the + on the slave. And then a 8 gauge wire connecting the master - and slave -, is this correct?

I think thats how you strap my solid audio amps too, not 100% though so i was wondering the same thing?
