strapable amps

well im trying to get 2000wrms @ 2 ohms. And im stuck between a rock and a hard place. Should i get 2 amps that strap like the dei 1100/1500d's or should i just get an PA 3000db?

2nd problem if i go with the dei amps stapped id be able to get a 2nd battery with the money i save from not buying a bigger amp. But with a bigger amp wouldnt i need a 2nd bat. or a electrical upgrade?

also what other amps are strapable? i want to stay under 3-350 bucks

It's up to you and your budget and space constraints.

Typically though, one larger amp will be of lower cost than two lower power amps of the same brand/model. Also, two amps will likely take up more space, will need more wiring, etc.

I personally would just go with a single larger amp if you can.

You might be able to find a Viper D2500.1 in your pricerange.

Power is power. It all comes down to efficiency, regardless if it's 1 amplifier or 10.

the directed 1100D's are what $130? you don't need a second battery. also some other amps to consider are the viper that was mentioned, or a lanzar opti2000D which will do 2000 at 0.5 ohm, or if your budget ever increases a crossfire vr2000D
