Stop the flickering!!!

i just a got a 15L7 and i noticed at higher levels my interior and exterior lights keep flickering. is it bc i have to much output on my sub or does it have to do with my electrical system? what can i do to make it stop? new battery?

my guess would be electrical, does your headlights do it too?
