Message: <blockquote data-quote="helotaxi" data-source="post: 3695930" data-attributes="member: 550915"><p>The Bose systems are good for a factory setup but pale in comparison to a real set of speakers with real amps behind them.  The Bose systems are not really compatible with anything aftermarket so you'll probably have to ditch them to run the new HU.  The Bose speakers are cheap.  They use a ton of EQ to get them to sound pleasing.  Lots of psychoacoustics used to make it seem like you are hearing sounds that aren't actually able to be reproduced by the speakers.</p></blockquote><p></p>
