Sticky wrapping.....????

I currently have an mdf floor in my trunk. I put things back there and everything slides around and i can hear it for the most part sliding around. I know carpet will help a little bit, but has anyone found a good substance that prevents sliding? I am thinking something similar to those no slip pads that go on the dash for like phones and wallets, but i have never seen big sheets of it. Any ideas?

why not screw it down?
nvm. i see what you mean now... try carpet or similar.
i mean carpet is my last resort. I will be working over my spring break and plan to make enough to pretty much finalize everything. I want to buy everything at once and install everything at once so i am really waiting on money and wrapping options.

I've seen some no-slip tape at Lowe's. Never took a close look at it so I'm not sure what kind of sizes are offered but it sounds exactly like what you want. I want to say it was in the hardware section. I think I last saw it while looking for some rubber chair/cabinet feet. It's the same stuff that's put on the top of skateboards I think, as well as stairs. Hope that gives you some ideas.
