Sticky situation..

Went to the local cuban/blunt/gas station tonight to get me a cuban because I hadnt eaten in a few hours. Best cubans w/in 50 miles of here (Tampa)... 3/4's of the way through the sandwich i bite into a piece and a razor blade falls out onto my lap. I go back and confront the guy at the station which I am extremely tight with and ask him wtf was going on. He says idk blah blah blah. But I'm tight with him so i just walk out. If I walked out and he tossed out the razor blade, do I still have a case if I were to report it tomorrow? 1 friend witnessed the entire scenario.

dude thats ****ed up, id rather have a bowl of chili from wendys with a finger in it. Its worth a shot though to report it. I dont think it would do you a whole lot of good whether or not the razor was in the cuban or just a razor in your pocket.

Umm, yes you have a case with that. I would have called the police immediatley. Why didn't you report this right away? Just cause your "tight" with the guy? Stupid! And if you were so "Tight" with this guy, then why is he or someone else there working with him putting a god dam razor blade in there? Someone is either sickly fawking with you or someone hates your guts!

Go tell the police, make a report out and once that is taken care of, then go get a lawyer. Could be in for some big bucks if properly handled, which you don't seem like you have done in the first place.

The guy that sold me the cuban that im tight with doesnt even make the sandwiches... the morning people do... It is his store though so he would end up taking the heat and losses. I'm going to roll up there tonight and find out what he knows about who may have pulled some ***** *** stunt like that and I'll proceed from there/
