Message: <blockquote data-quote="Jeffdachef" data-source="post: 8459844" data-attributes="member: 650438">The tube will be half inside the box and half sticking out.  It should be 2-4 inches away from the back wall of the box and sticking out.  Ends should be flared to prevent port noise.  The length determine the tuning and it correlates with how big the box is. So there's a whole ratio you need to work out.thats for your door speakers.
