Steak, how do you like it cooked?

i ask because i prefer mine with a slight pink.

everytime i eat steak with my father in law he gives me a 20 mintue lecture on how men are suppose to eat steak rare and if its not rare its a waste of meat. i prefer that my steak isnt dripping blood.

he also eats chicken and pork the same way:crap:

med rare to med yeh i like mine pink in the middle but i dont really mind some red. alot of times if ask for med it comes out med well cooked all the way thru but if i asked for med rare its usually too red for me lol

I like medium rare. my girlfriend used to get her steak med well cause she said the same thing that the blood grossed her out. after a year of us being together i forced her to try a bite. she hasnt turned back since. med rare for her too. usually a little blood, but not dripping. if you havent tried it you should at least once.

how does he not get sick by eating chicken and pork rare?

i like it rare enough to where the blood is completely gone. we had burgers once and they were still cold raw on the inside
