Statis hiss on/0ff

Well ****. i was hoping this would go off without a hitch. Installed the third amp today. Now i have a loud static high frequency hiss when the car is on ACC but not started. When the key is turned to ACC is starts out loud and quickly goes down to a medium hiss. Then when i start the car, i get a loud crackle and the hiss goes down to simple back ground noise.

Im verified its the new amp doing this as changing RCAs, wiring location, proximity of RCA/Power wire, different dsp channels, and the like dont change anything. Pulling the fuse for the new amp instantly solves the issue.

So im obviously getting some kind of ground loop or the like. How do i address this?

Silver amp is new amp. Left dist block is ground. Both orange fuses are the new amps fuses. Unfortunately I had to use the same colored wire for power/ground and thus its rather ugly to look at.

Ground/ power dist block wire is 2/0 welding ofc.

Power wires to sub and midbass amps are 4awg and power wire to tweet amp (new amp) is 6awg

Things ive tried.

Shorter ground. nothing

disconnected rcas, changes nothing.

remote wire directly to positive, just to check. no difference.

pulling fuses on MB/MR amp, i cant pull the fuse on the sub amp because my power to the dsp is on it.

Bench tested. Amp is fine.

Ran a different speaker wire to a external speaker from the tweeter amp(the one causing issues) noise is still there.

So its not the speaker wire grounding somewhere and its not the tweeters being sensitive.

Moving the amp. Moving the ground. Nothing helps

Its a high frequency issue because i can engage the LPF on the tweeter amp and it attenuates the noise.

identify where the noise is coming from. switch out 2 of the amps and see if the noise is still present.
Its coming from the new tweeter amp but its a BNIB item i got from someones on DIYMA. When i get ahold of someone. im gonna try wiring it to their car and see whats up. Bench test showed no issue though so maybe it just wont play well with my car.

did you switch two of the amps. it sounds like the amp. if your not getting noise front any other input source its the amp.

your ignition is a switch that engages a relay to start the car. where is the rem coming from? just curious.

Remotes coming from headunit remote out.

Its definitely the amp because i can wire the amp Directly to the battery without any rcas in and it still has that static noise and weird sound when i start the car. Im gonna try it on someone elses car and hope its not a total bust :/
