Yes I am a nut for these shows. Girls have there One tree hill, gilmore girls. Others have Lost, American Idol. I have my stargate.

Anyone else watch them on SciFi???

I like Battlestar, don't watch the other 2- I think Atlantis is horrificly bad- makes "The Magic Hour" look like a good show. Sorry.

watch it? hell yea i do. also d/l all the episodes. im currently on the last episode of season2 on atlantis. it plays tonight. and then im about 1 episode ahead on sg1. season3 on atlantis is gonna kick ***. and so is season 10 of sg1.

I watch Stargate Atlantis, just watched season 2 episode 20 last night. can't wait for the the next episode, shits starting to get really heated with the whole wraith thing, they've kidnapped Ronin and that tech guy and are heading for earth.

20 Megs for a 40 minute t.v. episode??? I can't hardly stand to watch my 35 meg RM south park episodes, there is no way I could watch Stargate at 20 megs unless you have them in some new super ultra mega compression codec I've never heard of before. All of the Stargate episodes I have (and I have pretty much all of them) are approximately 360 megs in size. Twenty meg files must be like postage stamp in size.

I'm sorry, didn't really have anything to add to this thread, I am just truly amazed that you have 44 minutes of video in a 20 meg file. That is all....

Just did some calculations - To have an mp3 file that is 44 minutes long be 20 megs it would have to be encoded at 60kb/s. 60 kb/s isn't especially good but it is probably livable if you're just listening to dialogue. Add in another 44 minutes of video, though and I just don't see it happening.
