why do ppl think the new ones blow? they have wayyyy morew intense fighting in them and its not just ****** luke trying to learn to be a jedi. anakin and the other jedi are much more entertaining to watch fight and stuff because they actually know what they are doing and have been trained properly by the jedi. and anakin/ darth vader are the most powerful so i think the new ones are better with all the wars and stuff.

one reason? the incredibly horrible acting. another reason? things like jarjarbinx and yoda with a lightsaber doing flips all over the place

and i don't think all the new ones blow. Just 1 and 2. i think revenge of the sith was incredibly badass

i liked revenge of the sith myself. the other 2.......they are ok, but they fill in the gaps.

Agreed. It is easy to understand why he skipped to chapter 4 to start it all off. The others are the build up. I think it was a good call on his part. Revenge of sith is nice. Nothing will top empire strikes back though. That shit was raw.

bad acting? i thought it was really good actually. but thats just my opinion, and i thought attack of the clones was cool because of the massive clone war and jedi fights. and the pod racing in the first movie was absolutely amazing lol. but idk it just pisses me off to see luke and darth vader in the old movies fighting because theres no acrobatics, or flips, or fast fighting its all slow hitting their light sabers together and talking.

that's because the original 3 were so awesome they didn't need crazy CGI or insane fights to keep it interesting.

well idk about you guys but i watch star wars to see intense lightsaber battles and sweet *** special effects, and realistic lightning and stuff not the boring *** old movies where they spend 99% of the time talking and there are only 2 jedi in the whole thing if you count luke as being a jedi but i think if he were to fight the young darth vader/anakin or another jedi from the new movies he would get owned beyond belief. he had no real training and he could barely even beat his old *** robotic dad who had to save him in the end even though he got lucky and cut his arm off.

i thought the new ones were pretty good. NOT as good as the older ones but still pretty good.

Just watch them going from 1 to 6 so that way your not like wtf is going on here.

In terms of acting skills, between Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman, and a slab of cement, I'd take the cement slab.

Their acting in the 3 movies was AWFUL.

Natalie Portman especially...she was absolutely abysmal.
