SSA ZCON 18..any good?

After reading some specs of the SSA ZCON 18 and saw some videos of it, it seems like a beast sub though. i became interested in the sub. Do you guys recommend me it. will it be good on my Kicker ZX2500.1?

The Zcon is a great sub for sure. Just make sure you have the room for a proper enclosure for it and you should be good to go.

I actually picked one up locally to test against my btl and while it didn't match the output, boy did it sound smooth as silk. It handled anything I threw at it with no problem and played well down into the 20's while my btl cuts at about 28. Fantastic sub for sure, but like rabbit said, it needs quite a large box. I had it in a little over 8 cubes.

thnx for the feedbacks. but is it a SQ Sub or SPL sub? cause i want something to get very loud.

It will get silly loud, and sound great in a good enclosure.

not really an sq sub with 2250w rms

they're made to get loud and take some abuse

my 15's got loud and could play anything
