Always check your account after clicking submit.. Even if the card gets denied or the website crashes while authorizing, it usually goes through.

This is very odd, we have never had this problem before with a debit card or credit card. But to set things straight so you understand, "Pending" for your order on the shop means that no money was sent through. I checked our bank of America, our paypal, and our wells fargo and there is nothing from you or from paypal. So we cannot refund $93.17 we never received. If need be I can send you a screen shot of our paypal to show you. The good thing is that from this side it looks like your card was never charged and you do not have to worry about over draft. I can enter your card information manually from here to make sure it goes through. We have done it a few times before for other customers. Write me back because I want to make sure you are happy with your order and get your Mach5 sub.

If this is your first overdraft ever or even in a long time, most banks will clear you from it if you go in and explain the situation to them.

I had a friend that had something very similar happen to him and his bank took off the fee without any problems. They said they can only do that once every six months or so though. I think he uses Bank of America.

I recently tried to purchase a Mach 5 mj-18 svc 4ohm off the SSA website with my debit/credit card. It kept giving me an error stating the transaction cannot be completed with my card. So i decided to use paypal since i have an account, took the money outa the bank and moved it to paypal. Well WTF i check my bank today and im like 150 dollars in the hole, 95 into paypal wouldve been fine and left my bank with some breathing room. Well 93.87 came through from SSA and gave me an overdraft fee of 45 dollars. WTF. I just wrote an email asking for a refund of that, but now im another 50 ****ing dollars down the hole.
Ill still be purchasing this sub With paypal but just thought id let some of you know not to do the same dumbass thing i did.

has anyone else had a problem with ssa? Their customer service good?

Link your paypal account to your debit card and you wont have to wait for funds to move...
