Oddly enough I just got a quick demo in some chicks car with 2 12" P2's on a tiny little RF amp, everything else was stock. It wasn't SPL by any means, but it sounded **** nice. Judging from box size it was sealed, everything was forward so I couldn't tell. We are probably the 1 percent of people who wouldn't be happy with that kind of sound.

Why was this made in the speaker section? This needs to be moved to the appropriate section.

Most people that own mainstream brands are less experienced with audio, so to them anything will sound good. When you ask opinions of what piece of equipment is good and what is not, its important to ask questions such as how experienced are they, the type of vehicle used for the install, the box used for the subs, the amount of power used and the type of music or tones used to generate the output signal.
