That's a good deal on D6's. I went in a local shop the other day (f'ing bozo's too, wow) and the onloy decent brand they sold was Diamond. They wanted like 5-600 for a D6. I almost fell over. Then when I asked why they had no D9's, his reply was "nobody can afford those yo". I told him I could buy them nib all day long on the net for less than $500 and he said dealer cost was more than that. Ebay has them for less than $350 any day of the week... that shop prolly wanted like $2k. lol Oh and they had one of those stupid Memphis subs with the double stacked frames, he quotes $1200 for it (10") and said "it has extra spiders for more cone control, its a SQ sub". After that we argued abit about manufacturer specs (he's one fo those know-alls that goes strictly by specs, rated THD and dampnening factor are everything to this guy) and then I left. The funny part Im confident I walked out of the place with this idiot thinking he'd just educated me.
