Sq 8 ?

I need help picking between the JL8W3v3 ($149 shipped) and the ID8V.3 ($100 shipped) They seem very similar but any help would be nice.

I know a 10 would be better but I dont have the space.

Going to be in a small extended cab truck in a down firing box.

Amp is a Zapco Reference 200.2 (200x1@ 4ohms)

I would need a single 4ohm or dual 2ohm sub.

My vote would go for the ID. I've heard that driver, sounds very good sealed.

I'd go with the ID, but I think either would complement your new CDTs...

AA Assassin is another 8" sub to consider. Ran 2 of them ported and was quite impressed with the SQ and output...

I did look at them but its a D4 and I need a single 4 or D2.
