spray paint ceramic heater

No it will not, the heating coils are in the ceramic heater, You will not get a direct contact with the spray-off and the heating coil. Just make sure you wire the heater correctly. What is the Voltage/wattage?? and use high temp wire and the right AWG. Do realize if you just plug it in to a socket you will have a runaway heater.... in other words you wont be able to control how hot it gets and it will just keep getting hotter and some of those heaters can get up 900 plus.
