SPR-69c vs. JL vr690-cxi

Title pretty much says it, Looking for input on both models, I have a pdx 4.150 powering my Type R Comps up front and Coaxs in back, but one of my coaxs blew up this weekend so Im looking to replace them, I wanted to do the REV 6x9s but they are too deep to fit in the cavity, so my options are either a set of JL VR690s or replace with another set of Type Rs, what do you guys think?

i've heard the R's before and only TR's. Between those 2 i'd take the R's. Better bass with the R's and can handle more power if you had it.
