That depends on what the ported box is tuned to as well as the sealed box alignment he chooses. In a big enough sealed box, the Max goes realllly low.

You're right, it would depend on the Qtc chosen...but a 32Hz ported enclosure compared to a .707 Qtc sealed enclosure is going to have a more prominent low end response. The sealed box will get lower overall, but at low volumes...
