i think you just plug it into your cigrtte ligter

Just plug the adapter to the 12 volt outlet or ciggerate lighter. Then plug the wire to the spl meter and attach it to your windshield by the dash board and just turn it on and enjoy. Comes with the owners manual.

I hit about 128 with my 2 JL 12w6v2's sealed in the prowedge box in my 95 Mitsubishi Montero.

That is loud enough for me since im not into competition or anything. This was just a daily driver setup. I of course raised to volume on my Premier 860 and made a couple adjustments with the tuning on it.
