spl design in 1998 blazer 4 door, any help?

I think im doing 2 12s facing up. One 8 inch aero port inside the box. Can't do external. 4 cubes after displacement tined to 41. You guys think 41the is too low in there?

Port to rear at bottom of box btw

This is for spl, keeping the port with in 3" of the rear will normally increase the spl in blazer from what I have tested.
question..... i also have a blazer. so your saying 3 inches from the hatch may increase the SPL? is thats for a Burp or Like Bassracing? cause i dont do burps. i do a bass race type of comp

i've had a blazer myself had two twelves both the port and the subs were facing the rear and i had them like about seven inches or so from the back door and sounded great i tried outting them closer to the back and gave me a diffferent response i think because the the closer you put them the less waves expand. thats my opinion.

I was thinking about stopping right where the cargo tie down hooks are, which is about 4to inches. Looks like ill end up doing about 3.75 for 2 12s, a single 8ex inch aero inside the box tuned to about 41. Buck, if you don't mind to would you double check what port length that would require overall with the flares?

I think about 15.7 ish if I calculated correctly.

In order to check the tuning, we would need the following..

Actual enclosure size

woofers used

what bracing if any

This all can change tuning and port length and tuning

may tttry a box with subs forward and port to rear. Has anyone ever tried this with a slot port instead of aero ports? My existing amp and battery rack is 27a inches long and 11I inches wide and stands 17 inches high. This leaves 27 inches wide, 17 high and about 27 deep. If I use an aero with this space it would need to be internal. If I put the amps on the floor and move the bats I can use an external aero. Thoughts? Im not against subs up and port back with either slot or aero, just thought of trying something different.
