Sold Soundstream XXX-6500D *NEEDS REPAIR*

Bought this amp about 2 months ago from RetroAudioinc. Only hooked it up once to test it, started smoking a little right away. I took off the back plate and hooked it up again to see what was producing the smoke on the board and it played fine for 10 minutes without any smoke.

I contacted db-r and they wanted to do a full output and/or power supply repair on it (350-400 w/o shipping). I don't think it needs that much work considering it still powers on and everything. I took a couple pictures of the burned areas I found. There is about 7 burned mosfets total. If anyone out there knows how to repair amps or can do it themselves this is a great buy.

yeah, you just wont get full power out of it. like i said it powered up fine for about 10 minutes on the second run
