I run USamps and absolutely love it. I've never heard anyone have a single complaint about them and everyone seems to love the md2. get ahold of flakko, I doubt you'll be dissapointed.

both have storied histories in the past. "Old School" amps of both companies are thought highly of. But lately, soundstream quality has gone down significantly and USAmps has been bought out and some of production has went overseas. But i still think USAmps is a solid company and Soundstream is trying to go back to its old roots with the "new" Soundstream reference amps.

Yup it's either Us Amps MD2 or for $125 more I can get Soundstream Picasso PCA3500d. That is more then double the power but I don't know if soundstream is reliable. If you ever plan on upgrading get the SS. Double the power for $125 more. From what everyone says theyre both good amps.
