Soundstream SCELL's

If they are what I'm thinking of they are basically a small battery ( 5-15 amp hours) and a capacitor in one. IMO, just get a battery. Especially for the money.

I haven't even heard of reports of quality either. The other hting is they are suspiciously like the kole audio and power acoustik ones. (Remember epsilon bought out soundstream)

good look i guess ill just get a cap then. i have a few batts and a H/O alt and my lights still dim even tho my voltage never drops below 13.6 volts at full tilt according to my meter.

I have the same problem when my voltage doesnt really go under 13.6. Its more than likely because there is such a quick demand of power that the lights still dim.

is there a way i can put a capicator on my vehicle electrical system so that my lights (interior as well as headlights) wont dim? or will it just be easiest to put the cap on the stereo electrical system? will it be effective if its on the stereo electrical system compared to the vehicle electrical system?
