Soundstream Rub5.800 5 channel amp

I looked and couldn't verify it, but does anyone know of this amp is CEA 2006 compliant? If not, does it do its rated power? I'm thinking of getting this amp since I'm on a budget, but don't want to get it if it's junk!

I only have the 4ch. version. Decent for the price. I think i've heard that they're overrated

If anything rubicon's are underrated...very solid amps for the price.
