pick them both up for that price if they are in good condition...you should be able to sell the other for enough to cover the pair on here,,if they are scratched to hell and been around the block...through the ringer....thats about all they are worth...

For $30 each? Yes, they are worth it. Solid, underrated, made in the USA amps. I think those old Soundstreams Reference and Rubicons are super clean looking.

The old Soundstreams are not particularly underrated. They'll do rated power and maybe a couple of watts more. What they had going for them was their extremely low distortion and almost ridiculous s/n ratio.

Get them. If they are in good condition, sell them and reep the profits. If they are in poor condition, run them! They are both worth keeping because of how good they sound.

Hard to beat old school SQ these days with out costing a pretty penny...and don't let the power ratings scare you...they sound low but in reality because of the cleaness of sound they will sound buch better than a lot of amps today boasting double or triple what these are rated....

And that's why I'm trying to use old amps in my next project. I'm just so broke these days. Poor house, man...and the amps I want aren't easy to find in decent shape.
