Soundstream ref. 2.640 VS. ARC audio ks300.2

i am curious about these 2 amps. is the reference a power acoustic amp with a soundstream heatsink,or is it a TRUE reference amp? the specs on it are very nice. The arc audio is the same power,smaller footprint, with rave reviews. im a die-hard Soundstream fan from old days, but that shouldnt sway me if its no good. Input?

arc is a great amp. used it for my boston g2's had great sq for those 2 little 12's. then i ended up going active with my hsk165s and put the arc on there. it's magnificent. i haven't tried soundstream, but with the arc, i assure you you won't be dissappointed.

seems like an awesome amp. i just love the looks of the Soundstream reference, im just afraid its a gamble
