I would think an amp standing up (not mounted flat) would be a dumb idea.

Takes up more room, and the amp would sit out there exposed to things beating the hell out of it.

However, that amp can also be mounted laying down, but Soundstream makes other amps that would probably look better laying down that probably cost less.

It can be a space saver as well. You can get very creative with something like that.

i just want to find some amp class d around the 300 price range that will due at least 2000rms at 1 ohm. ive looked into aq2200 but some people say its better than sundown others say aq crapped out on them. so if soundstream is good and efficient for this price. And i think it said it can be mounted down. id get this i guess
