yes they do. they go by actual shipping, through fedex i believe. they don't charge outrages shipping and handling fees

my shipping charge for mine came to almost 300$ after paying 259 for the 15. thats from cali to MI. it varies greatly from customer to customer so its best to email mike. these drivers are quite heavy btw.
