Sound issue

I had a new "stock" stereo installed in my 2011 gmc Sierra a little while ago. Ever since the volume only goes about half what it use to and I can't even hear the beeping and ringing for the door being open lights left on or no seat belt any one here able to held??

Did you go from one factory head unit to another factory head unit?

Yes ii t was changed because the display wasn'tworking. It was done at a garage and progamed at the GM dealership

I just don't want to go to the mechanic or dealer for something if I can figure it out myself
