Why the recones?

well i have 3 recone kits comin tomorrow from DD....1 for this sub here which one of the coils magically died.

and i have 2 9500 motors sitting in my garage...which the other 2 recone kits are for....

now you probally know why they just replace the basket everytime...ive never seen so much glue direct from the factory in my life.

yeah they went crazy with the glue on it...the grinder saved me a lot of time doing it some other way //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

baskets are only $20 each...well worth the $20 to not have to do this ish every time you wanna recone.

note:

when grinding down CA glue....wear a respirator AND goggles...it will burn your stuff like a biatch from the fumes.
