SOOOOO PISSSSED...Lawyers?

Probably can't do anything to help me, but here's the story. I started working at ATC systems..(selling rainbows). Well here's the scam..There is an "80 hour paid training college scholarship program." You train for 80hrs and then sell one rainbow and you receive your $1,000.

Well me, my buddy, and most likely some others, got a call today saying that because they havent sceen or heard from us in awhile they need our equipment dropped off in 24hrs or it's going to a collection angency. What the FUCK is that!!

so you started the training and then stopped showing up, they havn't heard from you in a while. and they want their stuff back. I dont see the problem. The agreement was for 80hrs, you didn't complete it.

if getting it to them that fast is the hard part, call them and tell them its on its way. Communication and effort goes a long way in business.

I went to training 6 days ago and they said they had patience and this salesmen Jeff, came to one training a week and didn't go on his first demo in 4 months....I've been working there for a month and a half and went to atleast 2 trainings sessions a week.

Go back to the company in person, take your sheets where it showed that you were showing up for classes. Then discuss, WHY they are taking this legal action against you.

If you were doing everything that was required of you and you missed no classes, then they cannot take legal action against you. If they do then you could sue them in return for sending a collection agency after you, and them ruining your credit.
