scott is a jackasss. he rejected my credit card order for his products and sent me this email. he thinks i just wanna buy his speakers just to bash his company in car audio forums. he even went as far as contacting 12v.com... told them my ip address and told them not to sell to me. you realize how stupid this is? i could just get my girl to order the speakers and be done with it. i can't believe how far scott will go to block me from buying his products. there must be a little concern here. i really want to test the speakers and give an honest review. i might be a jerk and don't like the man on a professional and personal level, but if his speakers are good i will praise him. here's what the jerk emailed me today....

I think you’d be shocked on just how few of my products are built in China – but that’s neither here nor there. It honestly doesn’t matter where stuff is built today because of automation and ISO certification. I could build stuff in Ethiopia , and would rest comfortably if it was being built in a 9001 certified facility with my direct oversight.
I have an employee on the end of the line every time we build something – bar none. There’s a rigid QA/QC protocol in place for post-production evaluation as well. And all speakers are tested post-production. But you didn’t know that – you just assumed. You have made up your mind, and that’s that.
Do you want to know in China where 99% of Hertz speakers come from, or how about 100% of DLS? The Chinese basket manufacturer I use in China for my Legatia range is the same basket manufacturer used by Morel, Focal, and Dynaudio. Bet you didn’t know that either.
You would be welcomed so much more into these car audio forums if you actually did your research before libelous slander.
As for purchasing the Hybrid Audio Technologies products. This product line is not right for you because you already have you mind made up. I think for you and your listening habits, you should stick with Image Dynamics products; put a couple of 8” midbass in each door, and a pair of HLCD’s. The Legatia, nor any of the other brands you mentioned on that thread which do not compare to Legatia’s performance, simply will not be what you want.
