So My Sony has a bus in rca in the back of the HU. What is it excatly for? can I use it to plug in my ipod?

Yep on the C7050X the "BUS AUDIO IN" is for CD changers.

You can't use that as an aux input. For aux input you require an XA-300 AUX Input adapter.

You could also try the XA-110iP which is Sony's iPod integration interface, but given UniLink's limited browsing features and the XA-110iPs use of full remote mode on the iPod (and Apple's stupid implementation of remote modes) it will be difficult to navigate on the iPod using this interface. The interface isn't specified for that old a HU but there are people using the interface on older UniLink HUs like yours and the interface works properly (though it has the aforementioned limitations).
