Sony CD Player won't put out sound

I have a Sony CD player I just got. It is model CDX-C4750. I have power, ground, and speakers all hooked up. The display lights up and the CD player works. I also hooked the antenna up. I just can't get any sound to come through the speakers. Any suggestions?

Check your backend plug for loose ends between the speaker extention and the actual radio plug, if ok check the wiring to your speakers (power/ground), else try another radio or speakerset (just take your homesystem boxes and try them, their 4/8o which should sound a bit shitty but you'll atleast know where your bug is at)
