hey guys I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with sonic electronix.com and returning an item

I know i can find out for sure tomorrow but I bought the wrong sub (my fault) and needed to trade it in for the exact same one but 2ohm instead of 4.

Was wondering if anyone had any experience returning the item and how simple it really was, if at all.

 
Good luck. I have ordered from them dozens of time without any major problems. But one thing I can't stand is there lack of customer service. Hope it works out for ya.

 
Well you need to get an rma # first from them before you can make the return . You have to pay to ship your woofer back to them and pay again for them to ship your exchanged woofer . It sucks pretty much . In the end you will get the right woofer .

 
I called today and after about 15 minutes of listening to a machine, I did the smart thing and pressed 0 to get to an operator .

They asked for my email and emailed me my RMA #.

I live about 45 minutes away so I'm just going to go pick it up.

Hopefully its as easy as he made it sound.
