Priority indicates time. You put this item first. It is ahead of everything else. By definition something you're saving for is put on the back burner. You are arguing something you made up. The fact remains, if you set a goal for equipment, get a little money in your hand and go spend it on something you did not orginally want, you are not an enthusiast. It's not logically debatable.
