Kicker always underrates their hardware. the ZX is a Top Tier Mainstream 4 Channel Amp and the IX is kickers PREMIUM series of amplifiers. They are made for extreme efficiency in a small footprint. Half the size of a ZX 1000 but the same power.

Amplifiers are 10 / 10 never abused and always taken care of

Not a huge Kicker fan, but LOVE the IX series. These look so much better than the ZX, IMO. I almost bought an IX500 once, but ended up scooping up a Memphis instead. These are great looking amps, and are super efficient. GLWS!
