[QUOTE="SQAddict, post: 6045567, member: 609079"] Thanks for the replies so far. The factory wiring is so precisely cut that the few inches difference that rotation creates puts the terminals out of reach. The problem is how short the factory wires are, and how they are cut to exactly meet the positive and negative terminals, not necessarily the side that they are on. I have thought about "extending" the terminals a few inches, either by bar or wire. The problem is that I would have to run the pos and neg past eachother to make it work... makes a guy uneasy, even with precautions. Any idea what batteries are out there with reversed terminals? I saw a Kinetik HC1400r and I think PowerMaster has 1600 cca (5100r)with reversed terminals. If these were just a little more robust, I wouldnt have a problem with them. But if there isnt anything else out there, I think Im out of luck and will need to settle.
